Every meal planned.
Groceries ordered.
A chef on call.

Set up your household once. Celeste, the chef behind gourmait, quietly runs your household's kitchen. She plans every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for every person, and orders the groceries to match: fresh food, pantry staples, even supplements and household essentials, on the schedule you set. And when you don't want to cook, she routes your week to a nearby partner kitchen that prepares everything fresh, never frozen, for you to pick up.

Bon appétit.

Zero coordination. Zero weekly effort.

It's pronounced "gourmet."

We spelled it gourmait so you'd know there's real intelligence behind every meal. gourmait is the app. Celeste is the chef behind it — the one who plans, shops, and arranges every week, and the voice you'll come to know.

The Problem We Solve

Mealtime shouldn't be the hardest part of your day.

Between picky eaters, food allergies, dietary restrictions, and a full calendar, getting food on the table is a daily battle, and it's not just dinner. It's breakfast, lunch, snacks, and the groceries behind all of them. gourmait takes the whole thing off your plate.

01

By dinner, you're out of decisions

You make hundreds of choices before 6pm: at work, for the kids, for the house. Decision fatigue is real, and dinner lands at the worst possible moment. So you order takeout you didn't budget for, again.

02

No app handles a real household

A toddler, a nut-allergic teen, a diabetic partner, and an aging parent all eat at the same table. Generic meal planners pretend that's simple. It isn't.

03

Planning and groceries were never connected

You plan meals on one app, shop on another, forget half the list, and waste a third of what you buy. gourmait closes the loop, end to end.

04

Some weeks, you don't want to cook at all

The Culinaire by Celeste add-on routes your week to a nearby partner kitchen that prepares everything fresh, never frozen, for you to pick up on your schedule. No cooking, no commitment.

Why gourmait

Everything between deciding and eating, handled.

Other tools hand you one piece and leave the rest to you. gourmait handles the whole thing, decide, shop, eat, and does it on your terms.

Priced to your household

No flat subscription that charges a family of two what a family of five spends on a full shop. You set the budget; Celeste plans to it.

This week, your stores

Local stores you already shop. No week-or-two wait for a box, no long-distance shipping that risks showing up late or not at all.

Plan and groceries, connected

One system from decision to cart, plus the fresh-kitchen option for the weeks you'd rather not cook at all.

Our Commitment

AI that empowers. It doesn't just automate.

We built gourmait on the belief that technology should work for people, not extract from them. That means transparent AI, privacy by design, and a model that creates real jobs in local communities rather than eliminating them.

Privacy by Design

Your data is never sold. Consent controls are in the app, not buried.

Safety-First Logic

Allergen and health flags hard-block meals. No soft warnings. No exceptions.

Real Jobs Created

Every Culinaire order sustains local chefs, drivers, and kitchen staff.

Equitable Access

Intelligent meal planning priced for every household, not just the few.

"Every touchpoint should feel like a well-staffed kitchen: anticipatory, unhurried, and quietly brilliant."

Meet Celeste

Your autonomous kitchen partner.

Always planning. Always learning. Never complaining about broccoli.

The gourmait Difference

A whole week of meals. One tap.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything that fills the cart behind them. No planning. No list-making. No deciding what to eat, again. You tap once, and it's all handled, for as many people, servings, and days as you choose.

What one tap does

One tap. Then you're done for the week.

Everyone else leaves the work to you. With gourmait, a single tap sets the whole week in motion, and the only thing left for you to do is eat.

  1. You tap once.

That's the whole job. Everything below happens on its own.

  2. 1

    Every meal locks in

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for everyone in your household, around your diets, allergies, and budget. You choose how many servings, how many days, and which days, Celeste plans the rest.

  3. 2

    The shopping list builds itself

Every ingredient, the right quantities, totaled to your weekly budget. Nothing for you to write down.

  4. 3

    The grocery order is placed

At the local store you already use, for pickup or delivery on your schedule.

  5. 3

    Or it routes to Culinaire

The weeks you'd rather not cook, your plan goes to a nearby kitchen that prepares it fresh for pickup. Same one tap.

That's it. You're done for the week.

Only if you want to

Want to change something? Tap that too.

One tap handles everything, but nothing is locked away from you. Don't love a meal? Swap it, and the shopping list rebuilds itself instantly. Want to approve the cart before it's ordered? You always can. The thinking is optional. The control is always yours.

The App Experience

Set up once. Never plan a meal again.

The setup takes minutes and feels effortless. Underneath, Celeste is capturing everything she needs to run your household's food on autopilot: who's eating, your budget, your store, how you shop, and what your family actually likes. Here's exactly how it works, screen by screen.

01 — Setup

Set it up once. Never explain your household again.

Here's the difference that matters: general AI chatbots can spit out a meal plan, but you have to re-enter every allergy, every preference, and every dietary restriction every single time you ask. And then you're still left to build the grocery list and place the order yourself. With gourmait, your household profile is one and done. Celeste remembers everything, plans around it automatically, and handles the shopping, week after week, without you starting over.

The setup itself feels effortless. In a few guided screens, profiles build from a shared household template, so you only adjust what's different for each person. You can update any profile or household detail whenever life changes, but you'll never re-enter it from scratch.

  • One-and-done setup. Enter your household once, never repeat it
  • Up to 6 profiles, covering age, diets, health conditions & allergies
  • Your weekly grocery budget. Celeste plans to it and never exceeds your spend limit
  • Your grocery retailer. The stores you already use, pickup or delivery
  • Cuisine preferences, go-to dishes, cooking confidence & prep time
  • Update any profile or household detail anytime, on your terms
02 — Planning

Celeste plans it. But you're in control.

By default, Celeste plans a fresh week at a time. One base meal for the whole family, with smart modifications per person: your nut-allergic teen gets a safe version, your infant gets an unseasoned pull, your partner's heart-healthy swap is already in. Prefer fewer, bigger trips? Switch to 2-week planning anytime. It's an option, never a requirement.

And nothing is locked in. Don't love a suggestion? Swap any meal for whatever you want: paste a link to a recipe you found online, drop in a family heirloom recipe you've always made, or choose from gourmait's rotating featured meals. Celeste rebuilds your grocery list around your choice automatically. You never have to settle for exactly what she recommends.

  • Swap any meal. Paste a recipe link, add a family recipe, or pick a featured meal
  • Your grocery list rebuilds automatically around every swap
  • Weekly by default · optional 2-week horizon for bulk pricing
  • One base meal, smart per-person variations
  • Infant portion pulled before seasoning, automatically
  • Lunches built intelligently from last night's leftovers
03 — Fulfillment

Groceries handled. You always approve.

Celeste compiles your precise grocery list, cross-checks your pantry, and builds the cart at your chosen store. Across every plan (Essential, Autopilot, and Household+), you approve the cart before anything is ordered, with the option to review and edit first. Pickup or delivery is your call each week. What changes by tier is how you interact: Autopilot and Household+ add voice & chat (manage the whole cart just by talking) and unlock the Culinaire by Celeste add-on.

  • Every plan approves the cart, with review & edit before it's placed
  • You choose your order day and pickup or delivery, every week
  • Pantry-aware, so it never orders what you already have
  • Brand-matched items & smart substitutions, never silent
  • Weekly spend limit + 10-minute cancel window on every order
  • Autopilot & Household+: voice & chat control + Culinaire access
04 — Your Whole Household

Not just dinner. Everything your home runs on.

Keep your pantry current in a tap, and Celeste plans around what you already have, so you never buy a duplicate jar of olive oil again. But it goes further than food: add the everyday essentials your household needs, and Celeste folds them into the same cart.

Vitamins and supplements, pet food and litter, paper goods, cleaning supplies, baby items. Whatever keeps your home running can ride along with your groceries and route to your door. That's one less one-off trip for the things you always forget.

  • Update your pantry anytime. Celeste plans around what's already there
  • Add supplements & vitamins to the same cart
  • Pet food, litter & pet supplies, handled with your groceries
  • Household staples: paper goods, cleaning, baby items
  • One order, one delivery, no separate trips for the little things
05 — The Game Changer

Some weeks, you just don't want to cook.

The Culinaire by Celeste add-on is always waiting on your home screen (Autopilot & Household+). One tap, and a partner kitchen near your home takes over. Celeste sends them your full meal brief, the groceries are rerouted, and your week's meals are prepared fresh, never frozen. You pick them up on the schedule you set. No commitment, add any week you need it.

And it's the smarter spend. Coming home with no energy to cook is how the week quietly turns into night after night of takeout and delivery fees, far more than you ever meant to spend. Culinaire uses the groceries you were already buying and has a professional prepare them, so a no-cook week stays close to your grocery budget instead of blowing past it.

  • A vetted partner kitchen close to your home
  • Prepared fresh, never frozen, the way you'd cook it
  • Built around your grocery budget, not surprise takeout costs
  • You set the pickup schedule that fits your week
  • Allergen-verified by a professional, labeled per member

Now Inviting Founding Kitchen Partners

Your own private chef. None of the mess.

Culinaire by Celeste is the closest thing to having your own chef. A vetted kitchen near your home prepares your Celeste-planned meals fresh, never frozen, ready for pickup or delivery, with not a single pan for you to wash. We're reimagining who cooks: not just commercial prep kitchens, but small restaurants with capacity during their slow hours. It's gourmait's signature add-on, and the reason families choose us over every other app.

The Process

From Celeste's plan to your front door.

Five steps. Zero calls. No logistics on your end or the kitchen's.

01

Customer adds on

Subscriber taps Culinaire on the home screen, week by week, with no recurring charge.

02

Celeste briefs kitchen

Full culinary brief generated, covering every meal, allergy, portion, and prep note sent to the partner portal.

03

Groceries rerouted

Your grocery order is redirected to the partner kitchen, so ingredients arrive there, not your home.

04

Chefs prep your meals

Licensed culinary professionals execute the brief: prepped, portioned, labeled per member.

05

Delivered to your door

Chilled, ready to heat. gourmait owns delivery and customer service, so you just eat.

The part that surprises people

Private-chef luxury. Takeout-night math.

Here's what most people get wrong before they try it: they assume a personal chef is a splurge. It isn't. A single takeout night for the whole family, by the time everyone's ordered, the fees are added, and the tip is in, often costs about what a week of fresh, chef-prepared Culinaire meals does. You're not adding a luxury to your budget. You're redirecting what you already spend toward something far better.

One takeout night for the family. Or a week of meals, made by a chef.

Roughly the same spend. A completely different week.

For Kitchen Partners

Turn dead kitchen time into reliable revenue.

Whether you run a commercial prep kitchen or a small restaurant, you have capacity going unused during slow hours, staffed, equipped, and generating no revenue between the lunch and dinner rushes. gourmait routes household meal orders to partner kitchens during exactly those windows.

No customer acquisition. No menu R&D. No delivery logistics. A culinary brief arrives in your portal. Ingredients arrive at your kitchen. You prepare, package, and hand off. That's it.

Partner Economics

Competitive economics, announced at launch.

Kitchen partners keep the majority of the add-on fee. gourmait's platform share covers AI, logistics coordination, and payment processing. Exact rates are shared during onboarding.

What You'll Need

All it takes to qualify.

No menu development, no marketing, no front-of-house. If you already run a working kitchen, you're most of the way there. Here's the full list:

  • A licensed kitchen. Commercial or restaurant space that meets your local health and food-safety requirements.
  • Experienced cooks. A team that can execute Celeste's prep briefs consistently during your slower hours.
  • Your business documents. The standard paperwork — licensing, insurance, and tax details — to get set up as a partner.
  • Internet access. A device and connection to receive orders and briefs through the partner portal.
Kitchen Partner Program

Become a founding kitchen partner.

We're inviting a select group of founding partners: commercial prep kitchens and small restaurants alike, to launch with us. About gourmait

AI that serves people. Not the other way around.

We use technology to give families their evenings back, support small food businesses, and create real, skilled employment in local communities.

From the Desk of Our Founder

gourmait didn't start as a startup. It started as a breaking point.

I'm a mother and a corporate executive. My weeks are built on back-to-back client deadlines, deliverables, and the kind of mental load that doesn't clock out when you walk through the door. There was one particular week. I don't think I need to describe it in detail, because if you're reading this, you probably know exactly what it felt like, where everything collided. Too many deadlines. Not enough hours. And somehow, on top of all of it, the weight of figuring out what to feed my family every single day.

It wasn't just the grocery run I didn't have time for. It was the mental tax of deciding. Planning. Remembering what everyone could and couldn't eat. Wondering if I had what I needed or if I needed to stop somewhere. And then cooking. Every day. Like a separate full-time job that nobody scheduled and everyone just expected.

I'd built my career helping organizations manage risk and complexity. I knew how to design systems that held up under pressure. But there was no system for this, for the daily operational burden of feeding a household when you are already running on empty.

So I built one. I built Celeste, an AI that learns your household like a family member would. She knows who has the nut allergy, who's heart-healthy, whose portion needs to be pulled before you season the pot. She plans the week. She builds the cart. She places the order. And on the weeks when you genuinely cannot do one more thing, she connects you to a licensed kitchen in your community that preps every meal and delivers it ready to heat.

This isn't about convenience for convenience's sake. It's about giving back something that was quietly being taken: the time and mental space to actually be present in your own home.

Laniece Holt
Founder & Chief Executive Officer · gourmait
Our Mission

Eliminate the daily mental load of meal planning and grocery fulfillment for every household, while creating meaningful employment and supporting small food businesses through intelligent, responsible technology.

Our Belief

AI should amplify human capability, not erase it. Every system we design routes more opportunity toward people: skilled chefs, local kitchens, delivery networks, rather than engineering them out of the picture.

Responsible AI

Technology that serves people and communities.

gourmait is built on powerful AI infrastructure. That comes with responsibility. Here is exactly how we think about it, across our product, our business model, and the communities we operate in.

Our AI Principles

Four things we will never compromise on.

i.

Privacy by Design

Your household data (dietary needs, health conditions, brand preferences) is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train models without explicit consent. Consent controls are built directly into the app, not buried in a terms-of-service page. You own your data. Full stop.

ii.

Transparent AI

Celeste tells you why she recommends what she recommends. No black boxes, no algorithmic manipulation disguised as helpfulness. You can always see the reasoning behind a meal plan, override any decision, and take back control. Transparency isn't a feature we built. It's a constraint we designed around.

iii.

Safety-First Health Logic

Allergen flags and health condition profiles hard-block incompatible meals. Not soft warnings, not suggestions to "check with your doctor." If a meal conflicts with any profile flag in your household, it simply does not appear. Celeste's health logic was designed as a protection system, not a recommendation engine.

iv.

Equitable Access

We priced gourmait deliberately. Even the Essential plan includes the core that matters most: autonomous meal planning and grocery fulfillment for your whole household. Higher tiers add conveniences like voice & chat and the Culinaire by Celeste add-on, but the intelligence that takes the daily food burden off your plate isn't reserved for the few. The planning engine that serves a Household+ family serves every Essential account too.

Economic Impact

We use AI to create jobs, not eliminate them.

The narrative around AI and employment often assumes displacement is inevitable. We reject that. gourmait's Culinaire model is built on the opposite premise: every order we route is a job sustained.

Partner Kitchen Chefs

Licensed culinary professionals executing Celeste's brief: skilled, repeatable work during idle kitchen hours.

Last-Mile Delivery Drivers

Every order creates delivery demand in the local community.

Local Grocery Retail Ecosystem

Demand routed to local and national grocery retailers sustains retail employment and supports independent grocers.

Kitchen Operations Staff

Prep cooks, quality control, and packaging staff at partner kitchens: real culinary employment, not gig work.

For Grocery Shoppers

A healthier relationship with food spending

Celeste's pantry snapshot means you stop buying duplicates. Her precise weekly lists eliminate the "I'll figure it out later" purchases that drive waste, so more of what you buy actually gets eaten.

For Small Food Businesses

Revenue during idle windows

Kitchen partners receive structured, pre-planned order volume during off-peak hours, with no customer acquisition cost, no front-of-house overhead, and no menu development burden. The platform handles everything except the cooking. That's on purpose.

"The right question was never what can this technology do. It was who does it serve. And we built every answer around people."

For Customers
For Kitchen Partners

gourmait is your autonomous kitchen partner. After a quick setup, your automated personal kitchen assistant Celeste plans every meal for everyone in your household, builds your grocery cart at your preferred store, and on the schedule you set places the order for pickup or delivery. When you don't want to cook, she can route your week to a nearby partner kitchen that prepares everything fresh for pickup.

Celeste is your personal chef — the one who runs your household's kitchen so you don't have to. She learns your family's diets, allergies, budget, store preferences, and tastes, then handles the planning and shopping so you don't have to think about it.

Most tools solve one slice of the problem, and usually just dinner. A chatbot can suggest a recipe, but you still have to shop. A meal kit ships a box on its own menu and price. A grocery app delivers a list you already made. gourmait is the only one that owns the whole chain, for every meal: it plans breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your real household, orders the groceries behind them (including pantry staples, supplements, and household essentials) at the store you already use within your budget, and when you don't want to cook, routes your week to a nearby kitchen for fresh pickup. You decide how many servings, how many days, and which days. One loop, from the first question to food in your kitchen, and you simply approve along the way. See the full gourmait difference →

You're always in control. On every plan (Essential, Autopilot, and Household+), Celeste plans your week and builds the cart, and you approve it before any order is placed, with the option to review and edit first. On Autopilot and Household+ you can also manage everything by voice and chat, and every order has a 10-minute cancel window.

Safety is built into the core. Each profile can carry allergies and health conditions, and Celeste's logic hard-blocks any meal that conflicts. These aren't soft warnings. For infants, an unseasoned portion is pulled before seasoning, automatically.

You choose your retailer during setup: Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, Target, and 12+ stores you already shop, with pickup or delivery available each week.

Weekly is the default, for maximum flexibility. If you'd prefer fewer, larger trips with better bulk pricing, you can switch to 2-week planning anytime. It's an option, never a requirement.

On the weeks you don't want to cook, Culinaire routes your Celeste-planned meals to a vetted kitchen near your home. They prepare everything fresh, never frozen, and you pick it up on the schedule you set. It's available on Autopilot and Household+, with no commitment: add it only the weeks you want it.

Neither. Meals are prepared fresh by a kitchen close to you, and you pick them up, so they're at their best and you stay in control of the timing.

That's the assumption, and it's the part that surprises people most. A single takeout night for the whole family, once everyone's ordered and the fees and tip are in, often costs about what a full week of fresh, chef-prepared Culinaire meals does. You're not adding a luxury to your budget; you're redirecting what you already spend toward something far better. And because it's on-demand, week by week, you only ever pay for it when you want it.

Pricing will be announced at launch. Waitlist members get early access and locked-in launch pricing. There are three plans (Essential, Autopilot, and Household+), plus the optional, on-demand Culinaire add-on. See plan details →

More than just commercial prep kitchens. We partner with small restaurants, ghost and cloud kitchens, and catering businesses. Anyone with a licensed kitchen and capacity during slower hours. We're reimagining who cooks for busy households.

We send you pre-planned, pre-paid meal orders during your idle windows, with no customer acquisition, no menu R&D, no front-of-house overhead. Celeste delivers a complete culinary brief; you prepare and hand off for customer pickup. Partner economics are shared during onboarding.

Founding partners pay no platform fees to start. Kitchen partners operate on a partner membership that's separate from customer subscriptions. We'll walk you through the details during onboarding.

No. Celeste generates the full brief for each order: meals, portions, allergy notes, and prep guidance, based on the customer's plan. You bring the kitchen and the craft; we bring the orders and the instructions.

When a customer adds Culinaire, their grocery order is rerouted to your kitchen, so the ingredients arrive where the cooking happens. You prepare everything fresh for the customer to pick up.

Every brief includes allergen and health flags per household member, and meals are verified against them before prep. Partners are expected to maintain their licensing and food-safety standards; full expectations are in the Kitchen Partner Terms.

Partners are paid on a regular cycle via ACH. Specific rates and timing are confirmed during onboarding and governed by the Kitchen Partner Terms.

One base dinner, four happy plates.

Celeste’s Kitchen5 min read
C

The hardest part of cooking for a real household isn’t the cooking. It’s that everyone at the table needs something slightly different, and you’re expected to hold all of it in your head at 6pm. A sheet-pan salmon dinner is the perfect example of how gourmait solves that: one base meal, quietly adapted for every person.

The base meal

Roast salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon, and garlic alongside a tray of vegetables: broccoli, baby potatoes, and red onion. It’s a single sheet pan, about 25 minutes, and it forms the foundation everyone eats from.

One pan. One plan. Four people who each feel like the meal was made for them.

How Celeste adapts it

  • The adults get the full version, seasoned for flavor, with a heart-healthy portion balance.
  • The teen with a nut allergy gets a fillet kept entirely clear of the pesto garnish that has pine nuts — flagged and separated automatically.
  • The eight-month-old gets an unseasoned piece of salmon and soft potato pulled before any salt or garlic touches the pan.

Why it matters

This is the quiet genius of how gourmait plans: you’re not cooking four meals, and you’re not compromising so everyone eats the same bland thing. You cook once. Celeste handles the variations — including the safety-critical ones — so the table just works.

Featured Recipe

The 20-minute chicken rice bowl your whole household will actually finish.

Celeste’s Kitchen4 min read

Some meals earn a permanent spot in the rotation because they’re fast, flexible, and almost impossible to mess up. The chicken rice bowl is one of them — and it’s a favorite of Celeste’s for a specific reason: it’s built for leftovers.

The idea

Seasoned chicken thighs over rice, with whatever quick vegetables and sauce your household likes — a soy-ginger glaze, a yogurt-tahini drizzle, or just lime and herbs. Twenty minutes, mostly hands-off.

Built for tomorrow, too

Celeste plans the portion so tonight’s dinner quietly becomes tomorrow’s lunch. The same components get repackaged — rice bowl tonight, a wrap or a salad tomorrow — which is how she keeps your grocery spend down and your food waste near zero.

Cook once, eat twice. That’s not a hack — it’s the plan.

Make it yours

  • Swap chicken for tofu or chickpeas on meatless nights.
  • Set your spice level per profile — mild for the kids, bold for you.

Decision fatigue is why dinner feels impossible by 6pm.

The Mental Load5 min read

By the time dinner rolls around, you’re not lazy and you’re not disorganized. You’re depleted. You’ve spent the entire day making decisions — at work, for your kids, for your household — and the research on decision fatigue is clear: the quality and willpower behind our choices erodes the more of them we make.

What that means for dinner

Dinner lands at the exact moment your capacity to decide is at its lowest. So the “what’s for dinner” question — which also smuggles in “what do we have,” “what can everyone eat,” and “do I need to go to the store” — feels genuinely impossible. And the easiest exit is the most expensive one: ordering out, again, on money you didn’t plan to spend.

The goal isn’t more discipline at 6pm. It’s having no decision left to make.

Removing the decision entirely

This is the whole premise of gourmait. Celeste makes the dinner decisions earlier — when you set up your household once — and then keeps making them on autopilot. The plan is done. The groceries are handled. The question that used to drain you simply isn’t there anymore.

What you get back

Less impulse takeout and tighter grocery spend, yes. But the real return is mental space: the end of your day stops being one more shift of logistics, and starts being time you actually spend with the people you’re feeding.

Responsible AI

Why our allergen logic blocks meals instead of warning you.

How We Build4 min read

Most apps treat food allergies as a preference — a filter you can toggle, a warning label you can scroll past. When we designed Celeste’s health logic, we made a deliberate decision to do the opposite.

A protection system, not a suggestion engine

If a meal conflicts with an allergy or health flag on any profile in your household, it doesn’t show up with a caution icon. It doesn’t appear at all. The conflict is a hard block, not a soft warning — because a warning assumes you have the attention to read it, and we already know that by dinnertime, you might not.

Safety shouldn’t depend on the most tired person in the house noticing a warning label.

How it works in practice

  • Each profile carries its own allergies and health conditions, set once during setup.
  • Celeste checks every planned meal against every profile before it’s ever shown to you.
  • For infants, an unseasoned portion is pulled before seasoning — built into the plan, not left to memory.
  • Substitutions are never silent: if something changes, you’re told.

Why we hold this line

Responsible AI isn’t a marketing line for us — it’s a set of constraints we designed around. When the stakes are a child’s allergy, “probably fine” isn’t a standard we’re willing to ship.

Make-ahead breakfasts that survive a chaotic Monday.

Mornings are their own kind of rush, and breakfast is usually the first thing to fall apart. The fix isn’t waking up earlier — it’s having breakfast already done before the morning starts.

Three that hold up

  • Overnight oats — assembled the night before, grab-and-go, endlessly customizable per person.
  • Greek yogurt parfaits — layered with fruit and granola, five minutes of prep for several mornings.
  • Egg cups — baked in a batch on Sunday, reheated in under a minute.

The calmest mornings are the ones you set up the day before.

How Celeste fits it in

When you plan with gourmait, breakfasts aren’t an afterthought — they’re part of the same plan and the same grocery order, sized to your household and matched to the brands you like. The five-minute morning isn’t luck. It’s quietly engineered into your week.
